Summary A 61-year-old patient withtreated Conn's syndrome duetomultiple bilateral adrenocortical adenomata developed primary hyperparathyroidism. Atoperation, aparathyroid adenoma andathyroid colloid nodule werefound. Although adrenocortical adenomata and hyperplasia arecommonfindings inmultiple endocrine adenopathy typeI,they areonly rarely functional. Hypertension isoften associated withprimary hyperparathyroidism, buttherelationship isusually unexplained.
