Sorption equilibrium constants and their dependence on pressure and temperature as studied by HPLC

The effect of pressure and temperature on the retention and sorption of benzene and naphthalene was studied by HPLC. It was demonstrated that even conventional chromatographic instrumentation makes it possible to rapidly obtain reliable physicochemical data.
