Work of the rheumatologist, physiotherapy service, procedure nurse provided highest, registration office lowest degree of pts satisfaction. Other specialists (including the general practitioner, consultants, auxiliary services, administration) occupy intermediate position. Every second pt was as a whole satisfied with the organisation of priviliged drug supplying. Working people constituted the most part of the dissatisfied what showes that regional supplying problems are more sharp than federal ones. 3,8% of RA pts were noit satisfied with decisions of polyclinic clinicoexpert comissions and six times more (23,5%) with decisions of medicosocial expert comissions. Pts were not sufficiently inbformed about social assistance service. Psychological method "Ideal-real doctor" showed significantly more dissatisfaction with the general practitioner in comparison with the rheumatologist. Almost half of RA pts would like to change their general practitioner (15%) or found difficulty in answering (27%) while only a few pts had such opinion about the rheumatologist (2% and 5% respectively). Conclusion. There is need for correction of some out-patients’ clinic services work including raising the level of general practitioners professional skill and optimization of their cooperation with rheumatologist.
