A construction method for optimizing arrangement of steel bars in a structural steel concrete structure comprises the steps of secondary design, connection of column longitudinal steel bars and beam longitudinal steel bars, construction of column hooping and additional bars, and construction of beam hooping and tie bars. By means of the construction method, only a hoisting device is needed to hoist a main beam, application cost of construction devices is reduced, obstacle on a working surface caused by stretching and drawing prestress steel bundles on sites can be avoided, and quality control of the beam body and safe and civilized construction management can be facilitated. The structural steel concrete structure constructed by using the construction method has the advantages of being large in rigidness, small in deformation, few in expansion joint and the like. The cost of the optimally-arranged steel bars is saved by 15%, the bearing capacity can be improved by 20-30%, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced. In addition, the construction method is economical, practical and convenient to operate.
