Clinical Analysis on Combination of Phloroglucinol-Progesterone for Treatment of Threatened Abortion with Subchorionic Hematoma

2014
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effects of combination of phloroglucinol injection and progesterone injection for treatment of luteal-phase-defect-induced threatened abortion with subchorionic hematoma. Methods: From January 2011 to January2014, 80 Patients with luteal-phase-defect-induced threatened abortion and subchorionic hematoma, were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital, control group and research group. Patients in control group were given progesterone injection and patients in research group were applied to progesterone injection combined with phloroglucinol. After several days, the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with control group, clinical symptoms of patients in research group, such as abdominal pain and colporrhagia, were alleviated sooner. Moreover, the period of taking medicine shortened, better results achieved and the adverse drug reaction reduced. Statistically significant differences between the two groups were observed(P0.05). Conclusion: Combination of phloroglucinol injection and progesterone injection for treatment of luteal-phase-defect-induced threatened abortion with subchorionic hematoma can achieve better therapeutic effect, contribute to the success of tocolysis, and reduce adverse drug reaction. The treatment is worth being popularized in clinical use.
