MPPTF & Pitch Fuzzy Controller of a Wind Turbine System Using DFIG

In this study, investigates a strategy to extract the maximum mechanical energy strategy used MPPT based on the fuzzy logic controller was developed, furthermore, the Pitch fuzzy controller adjusts the blades pitch angles in order to increase or decrease the power coefficient and keeps the power at its desired value, the maximum energy can be captured from the wind that can be generated from a wind turbine at a particular a variable speed wind turbine with variable pitch angle control to enable protection of the wind energy conversion system from mechanical damages is also presented. The generator used is a doubly fed induction generator (DFIG). The simulation of the integration of the system and Maximum Power Tracking and variable pitch angle is performed using Matlab/Simulink software and results are successfully presented.
