The dung scraping plate comprises a plate body, at least one supporting strip and a fixing frame, wherein the plate body is connected with the fixing frame through the supporting strips, and the fixing frame is provided with a central connecting part and a lifting connection part. The traction device comprises a driving part, a central pulling rod and a lifting pulling rod assembly, wherein the driving part is provided with a rocker arm, the two ends of the lifting pulling rod are hinged to the rocker arm on the driving part and the lifting connection part of the fixing frame of the dung scraping plate respectively so that the rocker arm can rotate to drive the lifting pulling rod assembly to enable the dung scraping plate to ascend and descend, and the two ends of the central pulling rod are hinged to the driving part and the central connecting part on the fixing frame respectively; the length of the central pulling rod is adjustable.
