UPGRADING EXPERIMENT OF HEAVY OIL UNDER STEAM INJECTION WITH CATALYST

The feasibility experiment of heavy crude oil upgrading under the condition of steam injection with catalyst was done by using dynamic experimental apparatus.The results showed that the occurrence of modification reaction was easier under dynamic conditions than static conditions.And the H/C ratio of heavy oil increased after Adding a catalyst,while the hetero-atoms and heavy metal significantly reduced,further improving the quality of heavy oil.It showed a potential application value to improve recovery ratio and oil quality.
