Preparation method of white carbon black/clay/rubber nanocomposite

The invention relates to a preparation method of white carbon black/clay/rubber nanocomposite. The method includes the following steps: first using spray drying technology to prepare clay/white carbon black composite filler to lead the white carbon black to be successfully inserted into a clay sheet layer and the clay is stripped to nanometer level, and then filling the composites into any rubber for heat treatment and vulcanization. The method breaks through the limit on rubber and causes the composites to present excellent mechanical performance, wet-skid resistance performance, cutting performance and fatigue crack performance. The method for preparing the composites is simple and easy for industrialization, can save cost and does not cause pollution to the environment.
