Магнитно-резонансная томография в оценке влияния фаз менструального цикла на развитие спаечного процесса после хирургического лечения гинекологических заболеваний

Objectification the possibilities to decrease after-operational commissural process developing after surgical treatment of gynecological diseases performed in different phases of menstrual cycle, using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). 45 patients who had operations on different gynecological diseases (excluding oncology), were examined by MRI during different phases of menstrual cycle: follicular 23; lutein 22, to evaluate its influence on development of commissural process in small pelvis. Acquired MRI data was compared and evident dependence of the development of commissural process after surgical treatment of gynecological diseases on the period of the menstrual phase was revealed.
