The "Four-Level Guidance” Blockchain Practice Teaching Model for Undergraduate

Practice teaching is the key factor of cultivating students. Starting with the goal of improving the innovation and engineering capabilities of blockchain talents, this paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of blockchain education and teaching, and makes clear that the main problems are the imbalance between supply and demand of blockchain talents, the lack of blockchain education resources, the lack of clear training objectives and scientific practice teaching model guidance. In view of these problems, this paper proposes a progressive blockchain practice teaching model namely "Four-Level Guidance". It is a taught skill set which covers sophomore to senior. It establishes “Basic practice level”, “Hands-on improvement level”, “Comprehensive engineering practice level”, and “Innovative R&D level” of the four progressive practice teaching objectives, and then carry out the practical teaching with these objectives as the guidance. Moreover, the deep cooperation with leading enterprises through cooperative education is its strong support, and diversified evaluation methods are designed to evaluate and dynamically adjusts the model. Practice shows that the proposed teaching model has significant effect on improving students' innovation and engineering ability in blockchain technology.
