Real-time monitoring and maintenance system for extruder production lines and method thereof

The invention relates to the technical field relevant to extruder production lines, in particular to a real-time monitoring and maintenance system for extruder production lines and a method thereof. The system comprises a plurality of extruding productions lines, a monitoring subsystem comprising one or a plurality of computers and a router, wherein each extruding production line is assigned with an internet protocol (IP) address, and the monitoring subsystem and the plurality of extruder production lines are connected with the router to together form a local area network. The real-time monitoring and maintenance system and the method thereof are based on the third generation (3G) mobile network, wireless fidelity (WIFI) internet surfing or wired broadband network communication and is formed by an on-site operation terminal, an on-site device control system, a remote video monitoring device, a remote safe communication module, a signal communication station and a remote operation terminal. Operators can perform remote control in the local area network and can perform real-time monitoring on device groups at any time and any place through the internet even when the operators are at other places.
