Excessive Proportion of Low-rent Housing Rental Subsidies in Wuhan

As the advantages of convenient management and greater coverage under limited funds,the rental subsidies gradually become the main form of low-rent housing security in every province and city.However,if the proportion of rental subsidies was too large and the available houses on the market were not enough,the rental subsidies always cannot be effective in the improving of housing.Through the research and analysis of the housing improving intention,the rental housing market and the consuming expense structure of low-income families in Wuhan,it was demonstrated that the excessive proportion of rental subsidies is an important reason to weaken the security work.Some relevant solutions were then proposed.
