The vegetable and fruit biscuit comprises, by weight, 60-80 parts of wheat flour, 30-40 parts of sorghum bicolor, 10-20 parts of cucumbers, 10-20 parts of pineapples, 10-20 parts of water chestnuts, 10-20 parts of carrots, 10-12 parts of onions, 5-7 parts of lyciumbarbarum, 4-6 parts of gardenia, 5-7 parts of cinnamon, 6-8 parts of lophatherumgracile, 10-20 parts of white sugar, 8-10 parts of foam powder, 3-5 parts of ginger powder, 10-12 parts of rice wine, 30-40 parts of rice oil and 100-200 parts of water. The method for making the vegetable and fruit biscuit includes steps of mixing, stirring, shaping, baking and the like. The vegetable and fruit biscuit and the method have the advantages that effects of warming the stomach for dispelling cold can be realized, and the vegetable and fruit biscuit tastes unique, contains rich nutrients and is long in shelf life and unique in flavor.
