Analysis on the Interest Subsidy Policy by Liaoning Province to Support County Regional Economy Developing Industrial Projects

Through comparison with the development of county regional economy in Shandong province,this article makes analysis of the insufficiency in the growth of county regional economy in Liaoning province,discusses the necessity of implementing the interest subsidy policy so as to support county regional economy to develop its industrial projects,and expounds the adopting principle,supporting range, key arrangements,adopting conditions,application and approval procedures,fund management,project management,and supervisions so as to provide service for relevant enterprises,revitalize the old industrial bases of Liaoning province,and promote the growth in county regional economy.
