Maleic anhydride grafted polyether ester block copolymer and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a maleic anhydride grafted polyether ester block copolymer and a preparation method thereof. The maleic anhydride grafted polyether ester block copolymer is prepared from 93.65-98.65 parts of a polyether ester block copolymer, 1-6 parts of maleic anhydride and 0.1-0.5 part of dicumyl peroxide. The preparation method comprises the steps of dissolving the 1-6 parts of maleic anhydride and the 0.1-0.5 part of dicumyl peroxide into an appropriate volume of acetone in advance so as to prepare a mixture solution, then, dropwise adding the mixture solution to the 93.65-98.65 parts of polyether ester block copolymer under stirring, uniformly stirring, volatilizing to remove a solvent, so as to obtain a mixture raw material for reactive extrusion, and carrying out melt-blending reactive extrusion and granulation on the mixture raw material, thereby obtaining the maleic anhydride grafted polyether ester block copolymer. The maleic anhydride grafted polyether ester block copolymer and the preparation method thereof are used for overcoming the disadvantages that the compatibility is poor, the extrusion and preparation of the product are not facilitated and the performance improvement and the like are limited when the polyether ester block copolymer is used for modifying other polymer materials.
