Clinical curative effect of circumcision stapler and anastomat

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of two surgical treatment, a circumcision stapler (suture group) and disposable circumcision stapler (collar group) for phimosis and redundant prepuce. Methods A total of 372 patients with phimosis and prepuce in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into the two groups(n=186). The patients in the suture group were treated by using a stapler circumcision, and the patients in the collar group were treated with disposable circumcision stapler. to observe the Operation time, blood loss, postoperative infection, edema, healing time, intraoperative and postoperative pain, deformity foreskin were observed and compared. Results Compared with the suture group collar group, There was no significant difference in operative time, intraoperative pain score, intraoperative blood loss between the two groups (P>0.05). incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative pain scores after 10 days were low , and wound healing time of foreskin was short with higher satisfactory of the foreskin, but the total cost of surgery and related treatment was high(P<0.05). Conclusions Although a stapler circumcision circumcision is more expensive , but it is safer and more beautiful than the disposable circumcision stapler of circumcision operation.Also , it can make patients more satisfied with the curative effect, it is worth for clinical promotion and further research.
