Method for performing absorption removal on phosphorus from wastewater by using alkaline residue

2012
The invention relates to a method for performing absorption removal on phosphorus from wastewater by using alkaline residue. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) crushing the alkaline residue to be 10-20 meshes, cleaning the crushed alkaline residue with water, drying the crushed alkaline residue at 80-110 DEG C, and grinding to be 100-140 meshes to obtain an absorption material (alkaline residue powder) for later use; (2) putting the absorption material into the wastewater with the phosphorus concentration of less than 50mg/L according to the proportion of 0.1-0.5g/100mL, controlling rotation speed to be 150-200r/min, controlling the temperature to be between 25 and 55 DEG C, and fully reacting for 8-10 hours in a contacting mode to finish an absorption process to ensure that the absorption removal rate is up to over 90 percent. The absorbed alkaline residue can be used as a fertilizer-making raw material and is reused; and by the technology, the phosphorus wastewater can be treated effectively and simply in a low cost mode, and waste slag in an ammonia and alkaline factory also can be recovered to achieve the effect of treating the waste by utilizing the waste.
