The invention discloses an intelligent monitoring system for an aquaculture environment. The system comprises an upper computer remote monitoring center, a lower computer automatic control unit, a plurality of data acquiring joints and a plurality of functional joints; the lower computer automatic control unit, each data acquiring joint and each functional joint are all hung to the same CAN bus; the lower computer automatic control unit and the upper computer remote monitoring center are connected through an RS485 interface. According to the intelligent monitoring system for the aquaculture environment, the field bus technology is performed for detecting and displaying a plurality of parameters at a plurality of monitoring points of the aquaculture environment and recording the data on real time, as well as automatically adjusting the parameters of the aquaculture environment, so as to realize the remote monitoring of the aquaculture environment, the storing of related data, and the function of inquiring historical data; therefore, the joints can be conveniently increased; the system is high in interference resistance, high in control precision and small in cost.
