Oil palm cultivation, associativity and good job: An analysis about the development of human capacities in small scale producers of oil palm. Case of study of the organizations Cordeagropaz and Palmasur SAT in Tumaco, Narino From the approach of human capabilities of the theory of human capital of Amartya Sen, the author helps to understand how the quality of work is reflected in the development of a scenario in which the individuais can consolidate their talents, and thus encourage peopie to have a wider range of options, including the ways in which social actors relate to institutions to promote structural changes in their territories, trying to make different life projects possible thanks to economic growth.
