Association of a NOS3 gene polymorphism with Behçet's disease but not with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome in Han Chinese.

Purpose Previous studies have identified that nitric oxide synthase (NOS) genes are associated with several immune-mediated diseases. This study aimed to investigate whether NOS2 and NOS3 gene polymorphisms are associated with Behcet’s disease (BD) and Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) syndrome in a Han Chinese population.
