The invention relates to an assembled cementless femoral component prosthesis suitable for Chinese DDH (Developmental Dysplasia of Hip) patients. The assembled cementless femoral component prosthesis consists of a sleeve cover b and a femoral component body, wherein the femoral component body consists of a prosthesis neck a and a prosthesis handle c; the sleeve cover b sleeves the prosthesis handle c. The assembled cementless femoral component prosthesis is characterized in that a thick cylinder c1 adjacent to the prosthesis neck is arranged on the prosthesis handle c; a reverse cone frustum c2 and a fine cylinder c3 are in sequential and downward arrangement; the diameter of the thick cylinder c1 is identical to the upper bottom diameter of the reverse cone frustum c2; the lower bottom diameter of the reverse cone frustum c2 is identical to the diameter of the fine cylinder c3; the sleeve cover b comprises a sleeve cover near end b1 and a sleeve cover remote end b2; the sleeve cover near end b1 is a hollow cylinder; the sleeve cover remote end b2 is a hollow reverse cone frustum; the outer diameter of the hollow cylinder equals to the upper bottom outer diameter of the hollow reverse cone frustum; the inner diameter of the hollow cylinder equals to the inner diameter of the upper bottom surface of the hollow reverse cone frustum. The problem that the existing assembled prosthesis cannot realize effective matching with the femoral medulary cavity of Chinese DDH patients is solved.
