The Influence of “Righteousness” Behavior in The Pattern of Difference Order — using information management for business strategy

“Righteousness” occupies a place in the core of Traditional Chinese culture, filial piety, loyalty, propriety, righteousness, integrity and shame. There are relatively few studies on the influence of leadership behaviors on employees from the perspective of “righteousness”. Using the grounded theory method, induction and deduction can run alternately, and the huge field data can be reduced, transformed and abstracted into concepts, and the main categories in decoding and the relations between categories can be presented, the present study is based on differential order pattern theory and focuses on the sales staff with high turnover rate. By analyzing a large number of text data, this study proposes the conclusions as follows: the “righteousness” behavior of leaders refers to the behavior standard formed by themselves, loyalty, emotional interaction, attention and trust. Specifically, it can be summarized as follows: the motivation of leadership “righteousness” behavior is character, leadership style and established emotional account. The result can be used for business strategy.
