The present invention relates to an antistatic sheet for stacking beverage and food containers and to a manufacturing method thereof. The antistatic sheet of the present invention comprises: an insulating film; an embossing layer formed on at least one surface of the insulating film; and an antistatic layer formed on a surface of the embossing layer. The antistatic sheet manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: an insulating film manufacturing step of extruding an olefin-based polymer to manufacture film; an embossing layer forming step of passing the insulating film through an embossing roll to form an embossing layer on at least one surface of the insulating film; and an antistatic layer forming step of coating an antistatic composition on at least one surface of the embossing layer, and performing thermal curing or light curing thereon to form an antistatic layer. The antistatic sheet of the present invention prevents contact between beverage and food containers during packaging and transport, attachment of impurities via static electricity, and contamination and surface scratching via fine dust particles, minimizes slippage of food containers, and facilitates separation between containers while having little sheet curl.
