On the Simultaneous Approximation of Functions and Their Derivatives by the Bernstein-Durrmeyer Operators

Using the pointwise modulus of continuity, we discussed the simultaneous approximation for Bernstein-Durrmeyer operators. The results include the results on functions of bounded variation and continuous functions.
