Pb(Zr0.95Ti0.05)O3粉体的冲击波合成及烧结研究

2007
Pb(Zr0.95Ti0.05)O3(PZT95/5) powder was synthesized from the mixture of Pb3O4, ZrO2 and TiO2 (with Nb2O5 as dopant) by using a cylindrical shock-loading device, and the activity and sintering characteristics of PZT95/5 powder were studied. The analyses of XRD and SEM indicate that, the single-phase perovskite PZT95/5 powder can be successfully prepared with the effects of high temperature and high pressure of shock wave. The grain refinement and lattice distortion were observed in shock synthesis PZT95/5 powder, which can enhance the activity of powder and promote low temperature activated sintering of PZT95/5 ceramic. The ceramic can be sintered at 1100℃, and the hightest density of 7.79g/cm^3 with the microstructure of equal grains and homogeneous distribution was obtained when ceramic sintered at 1200℃ for 3h.
