Primer Vagina Leiomyomu: Nadir Bir Olgu

Vaginal leiomyomas are bening tumors and they are rarely seen. Women patient is 45 years old. She has had palpated mass in the her vagina for last one month. We detected 3x2 cm leiomyoma in the posterior vaginal wall during gynecological examination. Solid mass was whose diameter is 33 mm showed in the posterior vaginal wall during transvaginal ultrasonography. The patient underwent excision and enucleation. It was showed vascular leiomyoma during pathological analysis. Leiomyomas are common tumors of the women genital tract but vaginal leiomyomas are seldom comed across. They cause various symptom as dysuria, vaginal bleeding, uriner retention. Vaginal enucleation and excision commonly treatment choice.
