Wet forming color cosmetic composition containing organic uv agent comprising hydrophobic treated porous silica and method for preparing the same

The present invention relates to a wet-type forming color cosmetic composition containing organic sunscreen supported in hydrophobic-treated porous silica and to a preparing method thereof. More specifically, provided is a wet-type forming color cosmetic composition containing organic sunscreen supported in the hydrophobic-treated porous silica which is gained by supporting the organic sunscreen, after hydrophobic-treating a surface of porous silica through silylation reaction. Accordingly, the present invention can secure stability of formulation because a volatile solvent and the organic sunscreen in dispersion and dehydration are prevented from escaping to the outside of the porous silica and having loss in preparing the wet-type forming color cosmetic composition by stably supporting the organic sunscreen as the surface of the porous silica is hydrophobic-treated.
