The manufacturing method of the flexible substrate comprises the steps of providing a supporting plate, coating one side of the supporting plate with a first flexible layer, forming a blocking layer on the side, away from the supporting plate, of the first flexible layer, and coating the side, away from the first flexible layer, of the blocking layer with a second flexible layer, wherein the blocking layer is composed of multiple layers of films which are stacked and deposited, and the second flexible layer and the first flexible layer wrap the blocking layer.
