Mitten im leben: 30 Jahre evangelische Medienzentralen

Besides the state-controlled media centers the church-controlled media centers offer a wide ranging spectrum of audiovisual-media (CD ROM, DVD, books...) for the use in school, continuing education programs and others. Although these institutions are often hardly known, their media reach a great number of people, which definitely is not recognized by the public. Sep. 24th 1974 was the constitution of the Working pool of the church-controlled media centers in Duisburg. On the occasion of the upcoming jubilee, this article wants to introduce the work of the protestant church's media centers as well as their Administration-program which was designed and permanently further developed especially for their purpose.
