The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a quantum dot film where encapsulated quantum dots are dispersed, which improves the quantum dot efficiency by uniformly dispersing quantum dots in a matrix resin, and which can prevent deterioration of the quantum dots by encapsulation. The present invention also relates to the quantum dot film prepared thereby, and a wavelength converting sheet and a display comprising the same.
