Влияние вирусной нагрузки и схемы химиопрофилактики на течение ВИЧ-ассоциированной беременности

2010
Studying influence of virus loading, the beginning and the scheme of specific antiretroviral prophylaxis on expressiveness of destructive and adaptive changes in the structures of placentary bed of the uterus during HIV-infected pregnancy. 61 HIV-infected women were surveyed during pregnancy in the age from 17 up to 41 years. It is proved, that in the micropreparations of the placentary bed received during operation on HIV-infected women, took place the picture of local chronic deciduitis which morphologically corresponded to a long current infection during pregnancy. When the virus loading increased the quantity of inflammatory cells raised up and the occurrence of destructive changes increased too. Increased the duration of antiretroviral prophylaxis and application of HAART the area of the centers necrosis and fibrosis was enlarged. Application of the statistical analysis has allowed to find out that virus loading, duration and the scheme of application of antiviral preparations will define intensity of destructive processes in placentary bad of the uterus and realization of adaptive reactions that promotes development of placentary insufficiency during HIV-infected pregnancy.
