EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES IN TURKEY

Early childhood special education services are provided for children with developmental disabilities or risk factor, who are between 0-8 years old, and their families. In this study, laws, and services provided in our country regarding early childhood special education services are defined; the content of the provided early childhood services programs and the problems faced in its application are addressed; things to be done for popularizing these services are suggested.
