Dispersion dependences of the imaginary and real parts of the permittivity of erbium di- and triphthalocyanine-based organic semiconductors

2012
The frequency dependences of the imaginary and real parts of the permittivity of organic semiconductors based on butyl-substituted erbium di- and triphthalocyanine have been described theoretically in the context of the trimer and pentamer models. For this type of semiconductors, analysis of the obtained calculated dependences and comparison with the experimental results made it possible to obtain the static permittivity and damping factor that characterizes the relaxation processes in the ensemble of phthalocyanine complexes.
