Modified barbadosnut dreg adhesive and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a modified barbadosnut dreg adhesive which comprises a barbadosnut dreg solution, a crosslinking agent and a catalyst, wherein the barbadosnut dreg solution is prepared by adding a biological enzyme, an initiator and a grafting monomer in barbadosnut dreg and then reacting. The modified barbadosnut dreg adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of water, 0.1-2 parts of biological enzyme, 15-60 parts of barbadosnut dreg, 0.1-1 part of initiator, 2-8 parts of grafting monomer, 1-15 parts of crosslinking agent and 0.02-0.2 parts of catalyst. The modified barbadosnut dreg adhesive has the advantages of high solid content, low viscosity and low solidification temperature; by using the adhesive, the problems that compression ratio, waste ratio and energy consumption are increased when an artificial board is produced are effectively solved, and thus the adhesive can be conveniently and widely used in artificial board manufacturing; and simultaneously, the artificial board prepared from the adhesive has high water-tolerant bonding strength and can meet the requirement of II veneer boards, and zero formaldehyde is released by the artificial board.
