Apparatus and method of the bus voltage phase measured capacitor voltage transformer

The present invention relates to a capacitive voltage transformer of the bus voltage phase measurement apparatus and method, the apparatus comprising a first current transformer, a current transformer and a second current collecting vector calculating unit, the method comprising the steps of: a first current transformer ground terminal, the ground terminal of the second current transformer are respectively connected in a capacitive voltage transformer capacitance and an intermediate pressure transformer; a first current transformer, a second current transformer coupled to the respective current signal into the collecting current vector calculating unit, a current amplifying signal acquisition, filtering, processing, and converted into digital signals, and then to obtain the instantaneous phase of the bus voltage of the capacitor voltage transformer by numerical calculation. The device and method for measuring not only accurate, real good, and simple wiring, small influence on the capacitor voltage transformer, safe and reliable.
