Analysis of entry point of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists

Objective: To summarize the working experience of clinical pharmacists and explore new entry point of carrying out pharmaceutical care.Methods: Clinical pharmacists play an important role in optimizing treatment regimens,interfering drug interactions,diagnosing drug-induced diseases,and providing medication education for patients.They provide pharmaceutical care in pharmaceutical consultation,pharmaceutical ward-round and group consultations.Results and Conclusion: Pharmaceutical care carried out by clinical pharmacists can effectively enhance the level of safe and rational use of drugs.
