In this research, the biological resources animation learning program was developed for elementary school students in education for sustainable development (ESD). To examine learning effects of it, elementary students` conceptual understanding, attitude, and will to practice about biological resources related to sustainable development. Subjects were 108 elementary school elementary school, Incheon metropolitan city. Treatment group using biological resources animation learning program had higher understanding level of concepts compared to students of control group (p<0.5). Students who were applied to sustainable development education using animation showed more improved attitude about sustainable development of biotic resources than those who were applied to conventional course group (p<0.1). Students applied to sustainable development of biotic resources using animation showed improved will about sustainable development (p<0.1). They made their own values about sustainable development of biological resources by thinking together with the characters of animation and making decisions for characters. Especially, they showed much improved will from environmental prospective, and we assume that the effect of program is added to the pre-formed environmental value about biological resources and this works enormously.
