Fluorine gypsum foam material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a fluorine gypsum foam material and a preparation method thereof. The fluorine gypsum foam material comprises cementing material, water, admixtures and foam. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating raw materials to prevent large particles in fluorine gypsum from depositing in foam slurry; (2) weighing the components according to the proportion; (3) preparing foaming solution; (4) loading and stirring materials: adding water to a stirrer, opening the stirrer and adding fluorine gypsum, a water reducing agent, an exciting agent and a waterproofing agent in sequence; (5) foaming: foaming while stirring the slurry; (6) mixing the slurry with foam: after the cementitious slurry is prepared, adding the foam in the stirring state, without stopping the stirrer; and (7) moulding by casting: when the floating foam can not be seen from the surface of the slurry, preparation of the foam slurry is completed. The fluorine gypsum foam material has the functions of light weight, waterproofing, fireproofing, heat insulation and the like and is especially suitable for the heat insulating layers of external walls of buildings and indoor partitions of buildings.
