Analysis of factors affecting the pregnancy rate of goat embryo transfer by Logistic regression

Boer goats were used as donor and 89 white goats as recipient to carry embryo transfer.Study was done on the factors affecting the pregnancy rate of recipient through Logistic regression analysis.Results show: estrus status of recipient and transfer method are the determining factors for pregnancy rate.The stage of embryo development also has obvious effect on the pregnancy rate.Logistic regression analysis can be applied in the study on the propagate experiment.
