Treatment of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis with benralizumab in a 13-year-old girl.

We report the case of a 13 year old girl suffering from an extensively pruritic dermatosis since preschool age. She presented with disseminated papulopustules predominantly at the neck, upper trunk and arm (Fig. 1a and b). Previous therapies with topical corticosteroids, antihistamines and systemic antibiotics under the diagnosis of atopic eczema, urticaria and acne were ineffective.
