System and method for detecting complex operation condition of scraper conveyer

The invention discloses a system and method for detecting the complex operation condition of a scraper conveyer. Inertial measuring units, an RFID emitting device, a data receiving device with the WIFI function and a data processing device are adopted; the inertial measuring units are arranged on a scraper plate of the scraper conveyer, and by measuring the acceleration values and angular velocity values of the scraper plate, data can be transmitted to the data processing device to be analyzed and processed through a WiFi module ultimately; and according to the change condition of the measured acceleration values and angular velocity values in the X axis, Y axis and Z axis of the scraper plate, the current operation condition of the scraper plate of the scraper conveyer can be obtained. The operation condition of the scraper plate of the scraper conveyer includes S bend, stop/start, the impact time by external force, the impact point by external force, the impact direction by external force and chain scission. The working condition of the scraper conveyer and the operation condition of the scraper plate can be analyzed. If severe working conditions occur in the operation process of the scraper conveyer through analysis, workers can be informed to take measures as quickly as possible so that operation stability of the scraper conveyer can be maintained.
