The invention relates to the technical field of VR glasses, and particularly relates to a circuit for VR (Virtual Reality) glasses, which comprises an ultrasonic distance measurement unit, a judgment unit, an eyeball tracking unit, a data processing unit, an alarming unit, a control unit and a video capturing unit, wherein the ultrasonic distance measurement unit is used for testing distance information between a terminal video and the VR glasses in real time and feeding the distance information back to the judgment unit; the judgment unit carries out calculation and judgment according to the distance information, judges whether a human eye is in a terminal video watching state and sends a judgment result to the data processing unit; the data processing unit decides to send control information to the alarming unit or the control unit according to the received judgment result; the control unit sends an instruction to the video capturing unit according to the judgment result and in combination with an algorithm; and the video capturing unit adjusts the video acquisition parameter information of the VR glasses according to the instruction and updates the terminal video. Thus, intelligent VR imaging picture tracking experience effects are realized.
