Qualimetry of Socio-Economic Systems Based on Fuzzy-Multiple Aggregation of Factor Hierarchies

The aim A methodology has been developed for a comprehensive assessment and ranking of the level of social efficiency of agriculture in the Rostov region based on time series of statistical data. The substantiation of the choice as a mathematical apparatus for the formation of the assessment of the universal tool of fuzzy logic is carried out: systems of fuzzy-logical conclusions - standard five-level [0, 1] -classifiers. The possibility of a fuzzy classification of properties, as well as qualimetry based on aggregation of hierarchies of factors, made it possible to assess the level of social efficiency of agriculture in the region based on a set of heterogeneous indicators, and also to rank the regions of the region by their level of success.
