The imaging box chip comprises a storage unit for storing imaging box data, and an interface unit connected with an imaging device, wherein the storage unit and the interface unit are connected with a control circuit; the control circuit comprises a read-write control unit for writing raw data and backup data into the storage unit or reading the raw data and the backup data from the storage unit, and a logical operation unit for performing logical operation on the raw data and the backup data and generating read data as much as the raw data; and the read-write control unit is connected with the storage unit. The raw data and the backup data read from the storage unit are subjected to logical operation through the logical operation unit, and the read data as much as the original data is generated by the logical operation unit, so that the data reliability can be guaranteed, and the raw data with errors in the storage unit can be restored.
