Uj amfifilikus ciklodextrin vegcsoportokat tartalmazo makromolekulat allitottunk elő. Bizonyitottuk a molekula onszerveződő kepesseget es vizsgaltuk a kialakulo aggregatumok szerkezetet. Valtozo hosszusagu hidrofil lancokat tartalmazo amfifilikus poliizobutilen-b-poli(vinil-alkohol) kopolimereket is szintetizaltunk. Dializis modszert dolgoztunk ki es bizonyitottuk, hogy a hidrofob micella mag alkalmas vizben rosszul oldodo indometacin oldhatosaganak javitasara. Alkohol-etoxilat alapu az iparban elterjedten hasznalt nemionos feluletaktiv anyagok vizes oldataban linearis osszefuggest talaltunk az ln (cmc) es az etilen-oxid (EO) csoportok atlagos szama kozott. Ertelmeztuk a cmc es a HLB kozott eszlelt osszefuggest. A bisz(α,s-D-glukopiranozil) poliizobutilen oldataban kepződott aggregatumokat NOESY es DOSY modszerekkel vizsgaltuk, mely vizsgalatok alapjan javaslatot tettunk a kialakulo micellak szerkezetere es molekulatomegere vonatkozoan. Megvalositottuk az 1,6-ditio-mannitol oxidativ polikondenzaciojat vankomicin aglikon jelenleteben. Bizonyitottuk a vankomicin aglikon templat hatasat. A guanozinnak olyan telekelikus szarmazekat allitottuk elő polietilenglikolbol, amely nem vizes kozegben kalium-ionok altal stabilizalva dinamikus szupramolekularis polimerrendszer kialakitasara kepes. | The synthesis and detailed study of a new amphiphilic molecule, cyclodextrine endfuncionalized polyethylene oxide have been accomplished. The conjugate showed self-assembly behaviour in water and the structure of the aggregates was also determined. The synthesis of amphiphilic polyisobutylene-b-polyviny alcohol copolymers of varying hydrophilic segment legth was carried out. A dialysis method was worked out and the self-assembly behavior was investigated in aqueous media by light scattering methods. The hydrophobic cavity of the aggregates prooved to be suitable as drug carrying compartments for increasing the solubility of indomethacin in water. The self-assembly of polydisperse industrial-type ethoxylate based nonionic surfactants was studied. A linear correlation was found between ln(cmc) and the average number of EO units. The dependence of cmc upon HLB value was explained. Bis(?,s-glucopyranosyl) polyisobutylene was investigated by NOESY and DOSY NMR methods. On the basis of these investigations the structure and molecular weight of the micelles were determined. The oxidative polycondensation of 1,6-dithio-D-mannitol in the presence of vancomicin aglicon as a template was carried out. Polycondensation products and the reaction mechanism was investigated. A new guanosine derivative was prepared by the addition of PEG that was able to form dynamic supramolecular polymer system stabilized by K+ ions in nonaqueous media.
