The invention provides a two-sided electrode type solar cell preparation method. The method comprises the following steps: a P-type silicon substrate is provided; an oxide layer is formed on the upper layer of the silicon substrate; partial oxide layer on the silicon substrate is retained and the oxide layer on other portions is etched, wherein the retained oxide layer is used as the positive electrode channel of the upper layer of the silicon substrate; an N layer is diffused on the surface of the silicon substrate to form a PN junction; the oxide layer retained on the silicon substrate is removed, and a metal electrode is printed on the upper layer of the silicon substrate, wherein the metal electrode comprises a positive electrode and a top electrode; and a bottom electrode is formed on the lower layer of the silicon substrate to form a two-sided electrode type solar cell. According to the invention, by performing diffusion twice and adding a metal electrode, the machining steps can be reduced and carriers are distributed uniformly to form an annular PN junction, and at the same time, the current loss can be reduced.
