Sarılop İncir çeşidinde Partikül Film Uygulamalrının Verim ve Bazı Kalite Parametreleri Üzerine Etkileri

Kuru incir yetistiriciliginde karsilasilan ve ozellikle kaliteyi etkileyen onemli faktorlerden biri gunes yanikligi problemidir. Ozellikle kurak ve yari kurak iklime sahip bolgelerde, agac tacinin direkt gunes isinlarina maruz kalmasi sonucu; meyve ve yaprak yuzeyi sicakliklari artmakta, ve meyve kabugu uzerinde gunes yanikligi gibi istenmeyen belirtiler meydana gelmektedir. Gunes yanikli meyve oraninin artmasi ile ozellikle hurda incir orani da artmaktadir. Ulkemizin en onemli kurutmalik incir cesidi olan “Sarilop” meyvelerinde gunes yanikliginin etkisini, dolayisiyla verim ve kalite kayiplarini azaltmak icin bu calisma planlanmistir. Bu nedenle calismada, tamamen dogal bir mineral olan ve sicaklik stresi ile gunes zarari gibi cevresel streslerin azaltilmasinda son yillarda dunyada ozellikle organik tarimda kullanimi giderek artan, kaolin uygulamalarinin incirde verim ve kalite parametreleri uzerine etkilerini saptamak amaclanmistir. 2008 yili incir uretim sezonunda kaolinin degisik dozlari (%3 ve %6), farkli uygulama sikliklari (2, 3 ve 4 kez) ile agaclara puskurtulmek suretiyle uygulanarak partikul film tabakasi olusturulmustur. Yurutulen ancak halen devam eden bu calismanin ilk yil verilerinin degerlendirilmesi sonucu; farkli dozlarda ve sikliklarda uygulanan kaolinin, meyve verim ve kalitesi uzerine olumlu etkileri belirlenmistir.Sunscalded problem is one of the most crucial problems, effected in quality specially, in dried fig growing. The fruit and leaf surface temperatures have been increasing and undesired indications such as sunscalded problem, would be able to occur because of resulting of direct sunlight exposure onto tree canopy in regions which have arid and semiarid climate. Increasing of fruit rate with sunscalded induced cull rate in dried figs. This study was planned to be able to reduce effecting of sunscalded problem, thereby declining of yield and quality decrement in ‘Sarilop’ cultivar, the most important dried fig cultivar in Turkey. In this wise, it was aimed to determine of kaolin, which is completely natural a mineral and increasing of using on organic agriculture in last decade, in reducing environmentally stress, such as heat stress and sun damage, in the world, and its treatments on effect of yield and quality parameters in figs. In different dosages (3-6%) and application frequencies (2, 3 and 4 times) of kaolin were applied with spraying onto trees and thus would be able to ensured consisted of particle film layer.
