A wheel speed sensor

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel speed sensor capable of suppressing unnecessary deformation of a cover when the cover is caulked.SOLUTION: A wheel speed sensor 10 includes: a sensor head 11 whose sensor is stored inside; and a cylindrical metal cover 12 for protecting the sensor head 11 by covering a part of the sensor head 11. The cover 12 has a plurality of protruding pieces 12b at an opening part 12a. The protruding pieces 12b are caulked to the side of the sensor head 11 so as to be fixed to the sensor head 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
