The utility model discloses a shallow water upwash circular reoxygenation device, which comprises a base (1), a central ascending barrel (2), a releasing head (3) and a pipe fitting (4), wherein the base (1) is fixedly arranged at a water bottom; the central ascending barrel (2) is arranged on the base (1); the releasing head (3) is arranged on an opening of the central ascending barrel (2), and is contacted with a water surface; the pipe fitting (4) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the central ascending barrel (2), and is enclosed on an upper part and a lower part; a gas collecting chamber (5) and a reoxygenation chamber (6) are formed in sequence in an area between the central ascending barrel (2) and the pipe fitting (4) from top to bottom; an aeration pipe is arranged in the reoxygenation chamber (6); at least one water inlet hole (8) is formed in the outer side of the reoxygenation chamber (6); and the central ascending barrel (2) positioned in the gas collecting chamber (5) and the reoxygenation chamber (6) is provided with at least one air outlet hole (9) and a water outlet hole (10). The shallow water upwash circular reoxygenation device has low energy consumption and high reoxygenation capability; and bottom sludge is not stirred, oxygenation with air and circular diffusion of a water body under the action of residual air after oxygenation are realized simultaneously, and the area of an oxygenation service region is increased greatly.
